High Growth Investing - Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms are a contract between SteBi Holding GmbH and each individual who accesses content at hightechinvesting.substack.com (the “Site”, “Publisher”) or via email (collectively, “Subscriber,” “you,” “your”).

2. Subscriber Tiers & Allowed Uses

Any individual or entity that consumes our finance content in the course of business (e.g., banks, broker-dealers, asset-management or research firms) must subscribe at the Commercial-Member tier.
Failure to do so constitutes material breach.

3. General Restrictions (all tiers)

1. No Redistribution: You may not copy, repost, resell, or license our content to third parties.

2. No Derivative Works: Summaries longer than 250 words require written permission.

3. No Automated Training: Using our content (including RSS/e-mails) to train or fine-tune AI/ML models is forbidden without a separate license.

4. No Screenscraping or Data-Mining: Bots must respect robots rules and paywalls.

4. Intellectual-Property Rights

The Publisher retains full copyright and all intellectual-property rights in every post, chart, table, file, podcast, and graphic. Only the limited licenses above are granted.

5. Financial-Content Disclaimer

All information is educational and does not constitute investment advice, an offer, or solicitation to buy or sell securities. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Consult a licensed professional before acting.

6. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

Content is provided “AS IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and revoke licenses) if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of our content in your possession, except as required by law or regulation.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies with the competent courts in Herzogenaurach, Germany.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
